THE IDEA

I run a small fleet. Claude Code and Codex build on the laptop. The Hermes fleet runs the automation on a VPS. The brain is the shared memory in the middle. What is missing is one honest place to see all of it moving at once.

Mission Control is that place. Not a dashboard of vanity numbers. A cockpit over real work-state, wired to the same synced substrate both machines already read.

WHAT IT WILL DO

  • One board across both machines: what the laptop and the VPS are each working on, right now.
  • Every work item carries its own context: outcome, sources, owner, definition of done, and a receipt when it lands.
  • Claimable, visible, auditable. No hidden chat transcript required to pick up where an agent left off.
