Hermes is the always-on machine on a VPS in Germany that runs the automation while I sleep. It is not one agent. It is a small fleet: an orchestrator who keeps the brain honest, and four specialists who do the legwork.

Scrapes across YouTube, the news, and the open web, dragging back whatever is worth knowing before anyone builds on it. Spawns multiple sub agents to perform quality research, evaluate, and store it in 'the brain'.

Works the outside world. Searches across platforms and lines up the work so it lands in front of the right people.

Implements, tests, and reviews. Breaks things on purpose to fix them before the humans find out in production.
