The Fanbase Misery Index

One bad snap and a message board with fifteen years of history turns into a group therapy session nobody is qualified to run. That reaction is data. Nobody was scoring it.

Every day the pipeline reads real public fan reactions and scores them 1 to 100: Panic Temp, Copium Levels, Rival Pressure, Doom Index. 187 fan sources mapped across 31 teams. One rule holds it together: real quotes only. A misery index built on made-up misery is just fan fiction.

The sources fought back. Proxy scraping one of the big sites returned zero threads, so I built a generic XenForo adapter instead... half the college fan internet runs on the same forum software. One adapter beat thirty brittle scrapers.

Honest gap: X, Reddit, and the forums with the truly unhinged material still need their own collectors. The index is real and running. It is not yet reading every place the fans are losing it.
